A mandatory component of all Men interested in Lambda Theta Phi prior to our Induction Process is the formation of an Interest Group.  To ensure that Interested Gentlemen are compatible with the expectations that Lambda Theta Phi wishes to uphold, the following requirements have been instituted: 

    Two Community Service Events
    One Cultural Event
    One Educational Event
    One Fundraiser
    One Social Event
    Provide Transcripts of at least one semester university/college G.P.A.
    Interview

The concept behind this idea is two fold—it allows brothers to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of interested gentlemen as well as it allows interests to interact and engage with Brothers to see if Lambda Theta Phi is a fraternity suitable to their needs
