Choosing to join a fraternity is not a simple decision and the results of your choice will impact the rest of your college career and life. The brothers of Lambda Theta Phi encourage all interested men to look into all possible fraternal organizations before choosing one to join. Also, the each greek council (IFC, NPHC, and MGC) will offer a vast array of oranizations with each chapter having its own distinct attributes and benefits.

Lambda Theta Phi believes in the development of brotherhood, service, support of the Hispanic- Latino community and working for the benefit of man-kind. The brotherhood at the Alpha Theta Chapter strives for the betterment of its members as both men and students. Every Lambda upholds the ideals of the organization and consistently demonstrate our motto, "Chivalry Above Self".

The most important factor in choosing the organization that will be right for you should be your level of comfort around its members and how well you are recieved among them.
