					Interest Group The Interest Group process is the first half of the process to become Brothers of Lambda Theta Phi. The Interest Group allows interested individuals to interact with each other and develop valuable organizational skills that will be used throughout your life. The Interests set up and perform various events. The Induction Officer and other Brothers provide supervision and support during these events. The Interest Group process allows for individuals to get to learn more about the demands of being in the Fraternity, and how to handle the time requirements while balancing their studies and other responsibilities. The Interest Group process also allows individuals to get to know the Brothers and the other interested individuals. Interested?
